    Print Audit question

    Our billing lady asked this one.
    We have a client that has both a Xerox B405 & a C405. Both machines are on print audit for
    billing purposes.

    The C405 reports without any issues, but the B405 is intermittent. Other than a network issue,
    anyone know why the B version would sometimes report and sometimes not report?
