I find Xerox Workplace phone app not as good as ones from other companies.The customers that I have talked to don't like it and find it hard to use...especially the technically challenged ones.Any thoughts or opinions ?

Are they using workplace suite with the app, or are they just after simple network printing?
Workplace cloud suite is unrivalled as far as I can see. Papercut and the like do the same thing, but the cost of workplace cloud suite is insane (in a great way).
If they want just simple network printing, just use the built in apple/android methods
