Xerox ApeoSport V C4475 cleaning the scanner

I have a Xerox DocuCentre V C4475 which keeps coming up with cleaning the scanner and a diagram to wipe A,B,C and D. I am wanting to get rid of that message off the screen as I have cleaned all optics, scanner with no luck. The message keeps popping up. Please see attached pic of message.

Set nvm:716-150 = 300 default

Set to 1000 - problem solved
