I have a PrimeLink C9065 that I set up new out of the box. It has a bustled Entry Fiery. Copying and printing direct to the machine works fine. If I print through the Fiery I get a really pixelated image. I moved this Fiery to another machine and it works fine. I have most recently replaced the controller board and the VSEL board which are the 2 boards that the Fiery connects. There is no change. Any help is appreciated.

The Fiery start up page is bad. The page I've been running the most is the calibration. That's where I see it for testing. I have a color test page that I made up that I could send as a print job. That is also bad. I actually have not tried to run test prints in diagnostics. Does that utilize the Fiery or not? I never thought about that.Comment
