Xerox Document Centre Burned Board Chip?

This is the 230ST. I have another thread but I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what I can do about this burned chip that I just found while working on it. Do I need to replace the board? If so, where can I source a part like that?

    Thanks!

*Look in lower left corner-the chip above the orange chip labeled "C4" is what is burned out.

    Board for 230ST

I can get you the board NIB if you can give me the part number.
The 140E number on the lower right corner is not a good number.

It would be much cheaper to just buy a parts machine:

I see many numbers on this board.

The first is C2635228. That is a sticker with a barcode that is yellow above the MFSYS 140E39971A number. Is that what you need?

And I looked at the parts machine. The main problems are that it's located in Virginia and I simply can't afford to purchase it and also get down there to pick it up. I appreciate the link though.

Thank you for your help and I'd be interested to know how much a NIB board would be.

        Part Number

The C number is the board serial number. The actual part number the board would be ordered with is the 160K number in yellow letters on the right side. I can't make it out. A newer 160K number might be on the white label below the yellow serial number.

If you know what the board is, I can look it up in my PWS. I don't recognize the board (don't service the product).

I CAN tell you that the new board is probably going to cost more than buying the parts machine and paying $200 or so to have it trucked in. Without the number I can't give you a price.

A lot of truckers will give you a big break right now if you are willing to wait until they have a truck going in your direction. Things are slow for everyone. I can give you a name and phone number if it would help.

Someone else might weigh in with a used board ??????

White label newer 160K number: 160K48852 A below that: ED 805488

Old one on the right side: 160K59490 A ED 805498

Thank you for your continued help!

            Hey all,

One other question-I don't suppose there is any way to repair this board?

            Thanks!
