Xerox digital colour press

Helo everyone,

I'm a seasoned Konica Minolta field support engineer, i have also worked on Canon, Kyocera and Ricoh...i have a client who is willing to trade in his Xerox 700 digital color press, upon evaluation i found a defect in copy / print out quality and since I'm not very conversant with this beast i just want your input on what could be the problem so i know what im walking into.

I have attached a sample of magenta printout but the fault appear evenly on all colours.

i havent measured but its not more than just one centimeter give or take.

Print is on A4 or A3 paper. Bsnding is in process direction?

Print is in A3 paper and yes the banding is in process direction

Helo everyone,

Hope this finds you well, has anyone managed to find a lead on this? I'm totally stuck...the latest feedback that I got from the prospect client is that they have recently replaced all the drum units, thought it might make things a bit more clearer.
