Good morning. I hope you lot can help! On a Xerox machine how do you turn 'pagepack' off. We are just taking back some machines from Xerox to service ourselves and nobody seems to know how to do it. The closest I have come is that you need a new activation code from Xerox. Is this true and where do you get it from / what is it's cost?

That's true, you go through the Xerox channels to get the codes to convert them to 'Sold' when you take them off pagepack contract. Xerox will provide the codes, or your authorised dealer will.

hi when i did this a while ago i phoned them up and they asked for my email so they can send a supply's authentication form to fill out with your machines details and email it back with in 2 hours i got the code and it worked greatComment
