    Phaserb7800 fuser error

    We changed the fuser in the machine and still getting this error
    Brand new fuser we installed.

      Have you reset fuser NVM

          I don't know how you do that. I'm able to do so on my C75 but don't know how to do it on this machine. So if you can advise please. Thanks
