    Xerox 5325 error 016-751 when printing from Android

    Hi,
    A client of mine has 2 Xerox 5325 in different locations. They print from the PC's via network, and also from android phones via network.
    It worked fine until a few months ago, when it started showing error 016-751 randomly when they try to print from android phones.
    Some files work, other don't. I can't find a pattern, but I think the problem is with the larger files, the ones with multiple pages, even if the file size is not big (pdf's).
    The client said this started happen after some software updates on the phones, but I can't really trust his judgement. He also said that it works from some old phones.
    Nobody has an IOS there, so I don't know if it's only android related.
    The thing is, the copiers work fine from PC's via network, but when they try to print form android sometimes they work, sometimes they don't.
    The error is 016-751, and I found that it means: "Fault Code 016-751: There is Insufficient Memory When the PDF Direct Print Function Print Mode is Set to PostScript".
    I already tried to Increase the PostScript Memory on the Machine to the maximum, but no change.
    If anyone has any idea I'll be happy to try anything...

    on the machine. Print settings> allocate memory> try set the LPD to spool to hardisk.

    if it is pdf related, try changing the app that opened the PDF on the phone to foxit pdf / google drive pdf.

    on the phone, what app did you use for printing? I always use print utility v3 (because all of my machine is fuji xerox).
