    xerox 560 install finisher

    Hi everyone,
    I just installed a finisher on my Xerox 560 from a simple catch tray.
    In fiery it isn't showing up in printer installed options. Could anyone assist me please?

      What type and system software for Fiery, what type of finisher, what machine system software version ?

          Sometimes a feeder or finisher option will fit, but isn't actually the right one for the machine. The fiery usually picks this up and won't show it.

          Also, when fitting any second hand accessory, I do FW as a matter of course as the accessory will have FW from its previous machine which could have been anything.
