Hi,
My fiery system shot down. I have a TBA fiery EX700 for Xerox DP 700 independant tower.

I try with the restore cd, but something is going wrong. May be you have an iso or zip file.

Unfortunately you can't just download drivers or use a standard version of Windows. The Fiery system software is customized, and can't be recreated piece-by-piece. You need the CDs (or ISOs of the CDs) specific to your MXT model. Those CDs will install both Windows and the Fiery software and everything else all at once.

You might be able to find somebody that has the CDs (or ISOs) but neither Xerox nor EFI will help with such an old version anymore, even if you did have Xerox service. You have to find someone that has them.

I don't have software for that model, unfortunately. Sorry.

Usually, with (polite!) persistence, most people are eventually able to find someone that has the ISOs for the model they need. Then you need to burn the ISOs to blank CD-R's. Insert Disc 1 and turn on the Fiery. It will automatically start the full complete software reload process. Use the little screen on the Fiery to answer a couple basic questions. It takes a WHILE. But when it is finished, you have a fresh clean Windows/Fiery Software installation.

(An EX700 is very old, and the CD drives in those machines were VERY bad. There is a good chance it won't work. Many USB CD drives will work fine instead.)

Well you have few options here , If your original hdd still spindable try to make an image of it from a PC with a dock unit , the other option try to find another customer with the same equipment and ask to make a backup of the system software CD,s you can bring you laptop and make some ISO,s of it at the site , and the last one run on my mind is to reach Langraphix they have everything for fiery but they are expensive usually software bundles cost 349.00 us dollars .
