    Xerox 250, Position 2A Jam

Machine errors on a 2A jam even though there is nothing in that position.

    Bad sensor? Any ideas?

    Fault Code?

    You must be getting a fault code . . . .

      No code

There is not fault code, just a hard stop with a paper stop.

The catch is, there is no jam in 2A (which is the sensor before it comes out into top release tray) but there is a sheet under the ITB just before entering the fuser.

The machine is confused which place has the jam.
