Developer Housing compatibility WC 78xx and 7970/C80xx

What exactly are the differences between the Developer Housing of the WC 75xx/WC 78xx and the Developer Housing of the WC 7970/C80xx? Can a Developer Housing for the 75xx/78xx series be used in a 7970/C80xx under certain circumstances?

Yes they are the same

They are interchangeable, but the mixing system - augers and internal shape of the housing - is different, if that matters.
