Xerox postscript driver doesn't seem to darken enough. Customer will be able to tolerate a darker copy to get a darker print. Yes, it is the file that is the culprit, normal print and copy are fine. The file is an engineering drawing to be reduced to fit on 11x17. File has very fine lines. PDF. If we could make the 7855 copy and print darker than normal, this might work. Tried LED and dev bias setting with no joy. Trying to figure out how to change patch settings. Any of you smart people have any ideas?
