WorkCentre 5890 darken prints

we bought a new drum for this machine but the prints are coming out with a shadow
this is a new Genuine Xerox drum

Could not upload file via laptop so had to send to my opine and do it via the app. Does anyone else have that issue?

I think it's the image from the back. As in the print is double sided 20lb paper so you're seeing the reflection of the image on the back
