[Error Code] Versant 180 - Error 093-316

Hi

We are having the error-code 093-316. Cyan error.
We have changed drum and toner without luck. We have also tried to reset error in NVM, but the codes we have found is not valid/found.
762-340/762-314 aso, but seems there is some other in Versant 180.
Any suggestion?

Well this is not a easy one to troubleshoot many thins can happen and create the same fault . first I consider those machine family and oveclocked with minor changes from older family of machines, so lead us to some part wear faster because of the overclocking speed for more copies per minute . check with customer as initial action if using original toner and or using from older families toner ex60/240/50. also check for toner accumulation on the dev. housing toner feed tube if full of toner verify dev.housing gear for wear and gear mesh. also verify adc sensor reading on procon just to check the values this case cyan may machine is over toning and toner dispenser motor got stuck trying to feed more toner machine is not using. after checking all this vacuum toner auger system and clear fault code on nvm to 0.

We used the WNM-kode 762 to reset the error submittet in the pdf from zagrex. That worked.
And it has not been an issue after that. The seller said it could be so easy answer that we hadn't shaken the new cyan toner enough when installing it.
It was changed the day before, so it is plausible since the problem has not been occuring again.
