Xerox Dc 252 Issues

Hi ..

I see your magenta developer unit is vibrating which causing 1mm jumping lines.try with another developer unit.
calibrate your machine and ccd.

Well for now those series of machines are so old you will find problems any service XX tech ever seen neither manual help eureka tip so have to think out of the box check the banding direction and spaces and go the related area according to spaces you get on black good copies you mention only on colors so by default you can take out of the picture some parts related to the copy process , verify is the colors dev. housing are new or rebuilds parts numbers (personally had some trouble with those rebuild on ) may have some drive clutch issues there is one for black and another one to handle the 3 color check gearing too for normal wear or ball bearing , also depending on the spacing some 2btr issues those rebuild kits are just for special cases to be used and no more than 2 per 2btr units after that replace the whole thing with a new one, check on color procon values some times you get all ''OK" but if you pay closer attention to the number are not so OK .
