AltaLink C8045 Bad copy, but good scan to mail

I have problem with an Altalink C8045 that have fade copys and bad color. But when i use scan to mail it all looks good. Normal printing looks fine.
Someone have any ide whats can be wrong?

It was the first things we tested.
Also updated fw, did nvm reset and recalibrated the scanner. replaced IIT PWB Assembly but no difference.
I don't think there is anything with IIT because scan to mail works but not copy to paper

Have you looked at the "Image Quality Troubleshooting Master v6" Document available in GSN?

Have you tried "Background Suppression" on the copy settings? this usually fixes copy issues when copying.
