xerox Docucolor 250

Today I checked Xerox Docucolor 250 its showing Replace Drum (A2,A3,A4) and the machine cannot make any copies, So I power off the machine then I open the the drum unit and slide it out to check the type of drum I have to order. this is ther first time I saw this type of machine then I closed the drum unit, power on the machine and I noticed the operation panel LCD screens becomes blank the machine initialized everything is working except no display I can adjust the contrast of the lcd when I touched the touch screen it works the problem was no display its become blank ,

pls help what could be happen when open the drum unit drawer

im fuji xerox tech in malaysia ,i don't think it's happen due to opening drum unit ,usually 3.3 v lvps failure or recently anyone repair machine and possiblity wire or connector was caught in certain place..is it under xerox service contract

Thanks, because we have contract for all photocopy machine in kuwait aviation, only one xerox color they include in the contract to supply consummables.so the blame will not on me.

had the same problem replaced partno. 160K97895 this is the ui pwb and this solved the problem
