    Phaser 7800 new fuser not resetting

    Good day all. Hope everyone is well.
    I juat installed a new fuser in the machine. Rhe old one had scratches on the roller. So seeing we had a new one that just came in we decided to install it.
    However the machine is still showing 2%. Though that was the percentage of the old one.
    Can someone please assist thanks
