    DC 3535 Fault

    Boot up the machine and COPY and SCAN is greyed out. At the top of the display its says:
    A fault has occurred
    Some features may be unavailable
    Please contact the system admin
    When I go into the System Panel and go to look up the faults it says
    Select a report/list you want to print and press Start
    The only option to select is Error History Report but its greyed out.

    Quick run down on the machine: Just got the machine in yesterday, booted up fine and said the Drum Cartridge needed to be replaced. We replaced it and got the above errors. Machine has 40k copies on it.

    Connect laptop with xerox pws and dc 3535 diagnostic software to see which fault code you have.

      We don't have the laptop. Any other work around?

        try to find fault code on screen.

        maybe third button on right side of screen then, fault tab, and try to find active faults or something like that.

        can help you only if give some fault code
