Hi I have Xerox V180 with error code 099-375 its something to do with fuser unit help what exactly is coursing this error

Hello

Check the following:

• Operation failure of Internal Roll Sub Lamp (dC330 [010-013]).
  
  
• Abnormality in the Internal Roll Thermistor 1/2 (dC140 [010-206/207]).
  
  
• Falling off, contamination, foreign matter clogging of the Internal Roll Thermistor 1/2.
  
  
• Open circuit, short circuit or poor contact of the connection between MCU PWB J406 and the Internal Roll Thermistor 1/2 P151A.
  
  
• Conduction of Internal Roll Thermostat 1, 2.
  

During Fuser Warm Up, I/R Center Lamp continues to be On for the specified time period or longer (NVM). Time Out Fail as I/R did not reach the target temp within the specified time period (NVM).

1. Check the contamination / paper debris / Foreign material adhesion at the temp detection area that turns I/R Lamp On/Off
   
2. Check the following in order:
   
   1. Check SNR harness damage / short
      
   2. Open Thermostat circuit
      
   3. Check the temperature detection circuit
      
   4. Check LV power
      
   5. Check I/R Lamps On/Off.
      
   6. Check I/R Warm-up control temperature NVM variation [744-665]
      
   7. Check GFI breaker for Fuser Lamp
      
   8. Check Fuser AC Relay
   
   
3. Replace the Fuser Belt Unit
