this fault code invalid log info first, u need removed hdd then power on machine. wait until machine comes out fault then power off machine. install hdd again,if fault code reappears then u need connect laptop and lauch PSW go to hdd diag dc355.i suggests u bring one working condition hdd to test to minimize downtime call...good luck -

hi xcopytech200 the code comes back evry time i turn off the machine.now i try to used psw in my loptop but it only the dummy is all i can use the other one got error it says different machine i try to reload firmware but the machine when i try to boot the machibe it always go to download mode.please help me what i need to do?there is no glory without sacrificeComment

But if you replace it with a new HDD and the fault comes back, it would be a faulty IDE interface board or a faulty ESS board.
But before replacing any board or HDD, do an NVM reset first and repeat the above procedure. Last resort is replacing componentsComment

Hi. Turn off the machine. Remove the HDD. Reboot until the machine reaches ready mode. If no buttons are greyed out, then you must replace the HDD as it would be faulty.

if color out of alignment u need refer back tray 1 a small slot contains all color registration ..just input the setting value ..hear fr u soon..Comment
