Xerox C75 045-314 fault code

I have been servicing my C75 since I quit using Xerox service. I am now getting a 045- 314 code , IOT sequence time over. How serious is this?
I use this machine as a back up to the Ricoh and any overflow work when we get really busy.
If it involve an expensive fix I will get rid of the machine, the Fiery EXC75 controller has very little use as it was used to replace the free flow.

Most of the time black drum or black corotron cleaner = replace corotron.
