[Misc] Altalink C8145 smb scan issue

I have 2 machines 8130 and 8145 that are get authentication errors when scanning to SMB network folder. I have a primelink 9100 on same network, using same credentials that is working. what should i be looking for? software on all models is most current versions

I've been working on Xeroxs less than a year, and am aware you may need more information that i will do my best to get and to answer any questions. I am not on-site at this time. So just tell me what you need to know.
