Hi Guys
I have a Versalink c405 that gives 092-032 error code and says replace cyan toner
I have a few of these machines that have done this in the past but seem to get it going by trying the toner severaL TIMES AND ONCE IT TAKES IT ITS FINE.
I am aware of metered and non metered toner and its def the right type
I have tried 3 different toners I have cleaned and made sure the gold pins in the mc that read the chip are clean and not bent
The mc powers up and thinks about it but then just says replace cyan toner
When you go in supplies it says cyan toner is 100% when I put the new toner in.
I have checked cyan drum all seems ok Have hit a brick wall with this one
Any help appreciated
