can any one out there help me on this machine . it is a good product and i like it but of recent it developed a problem of having toner on the back side of the paper when doing a single sided copy.
this grey scale band is about five centimeters wide and runs across the paper in the front to rear mode.in orther words it makes a clean front and a dirty back side.
I wiill be greatful for the help cause im not using the machine now.

the toner from the reverse side with one-sided printing means its constant presence on the shaft of the second transfer, either you are using a low-quality toner, or you need to replace the developer.
