Wrong disk number

    [Misc] Wrong disk number

    Hi all.

    On the old Creo Spire CX250 on XP, i use Ghost recovery intermal backup to restore Windows XP. always crash maybe corrupt file...

    After restore windows work fine but Creo did'nt work and i have an error disk number.

    I don't remember how can change this configuration.

    Run on Docucolor 240

      Creo CX250 do not seem to see both image disk.
      Go to in Computer-management-storage-disk management and restore both image disk

          How can do that ?? I can't see any option in action menu. Only rescan but i can see other disk after tried many time.

          I have two physicals drive 80G in RAID 0 = 160Go. But i just see this one drive. Where is the rest of my hidden drive ?

              I don't remember, much time since then. Exist raid controller you must find software seetings for it into Creo

                      Hi,

                      I just delete and make a new Array with the disk, and the problem is fixed. I see now my new partition in Woindows like a hide storage and Spire use it for use.

                      So, i have and other problem. My recovery backup USB drive work fine and i can see and change backup. But, when i want to restore, the computer stop at end of IRQ setting and Freedos don't boot on the USB Drive.

                      I don't know if i can restore boot ghost program?
