Xerox 3035MFP scan to email

Customer was scanning to email just fine until a couple months ago. I tried my scan to email credentials that I know work and still couldn't get it to scan to email.
Any ideas. They can print to it still. Firmware has been updated.

1. check dns
2. what smtp server are you using? google smtp? most likely they update their security again
