[Error Code] workcentre 7225 System error 04-563-00

Hi,

When i boot it, it makes a strange noise and a system error message appears on the screen to reboot it. Have done that several times, but the message appears everytime.
The error code is 04-563-00. The noise is similar to a tapping sound.
Could someone help?

remove the drums and check by hand that they rotate normally.
