how to erase error message thanks
drum and developer motor unit noise ,plastic gear (developer drive gear damage ) and replaced whole motor unit
on the back blue cable not installed , machine output blank no image on paper,
plug in blue cable ,, machine run ok ,but cyan developer check ,then in front , one cable not install

enter into service mode change value in nvm
752 346 (yellow) 752.347 752.348 . 752.349 (black) are normal according black data in nvm
change value in nvm color 1 to 0
machine test OK
