Hi, I am working on a Xerox C8155 that is showing the message Scanner Calibration error. User intervention is required to call for service if problem persists. Scan and Copy services are available, but Image Quality may be degraded. (Skill Level: Untrained, Status Code: 19-350-00)
If I go into service mode and details it tells me "Missing calibration file at reboot" Chain Link. 319-350-00
I have the service manual and I cannot find 319-350-00 chain link in the manual.
Any help would be appreciated.
