    Xerox wide format 6605

    Hello comrades
    I have a problem on xerox wide format 6605, copy and printing are disabled even scanning.
    If I check in device information, OS , scan to net and speed are not present, so the customer is not working.
    I could install new ID coupon from a website "www.xeroxlicensing.xerox.com/coupon" but is not available, so nothing I can do.Does anyone have an idea and helps me.
