Xerox Dc12 power save mood problem

Hi,

I have a docu 12 and for some reason it goes to power save mood every 15 min, I checked the tools and it was set to 240min but it seems it likes 15 min time out better

I appreciate any help.

It's a faulty LV power supply. Replace it
