Hello Fellow Xerox Techs, Trying to load SPAR onto C8045 to no avail. I note out of every 10th machine, I seem to run into some difficulty. I Load from USB Drive. I'm aware of issues with not using current version sometimes before upgrading to the next level... 100, 101, 102, 103 etc... But I still get situations where the machine constantly reboots after the initial Xerox Logo screen, or I get this printout - "Module 140/14 - Fault Code: 95.313 - Software Upgrade Result: Failed"
Under current installed version it gives me the proper version identified "100,101,102,103" but under "Software Upgrade Requested" I'm getting all zeroes...
