    Xerox VL C7000 washed out or no color

    I have worked on some the earlier models , so not up on whatever quirk this is . The machine is giving a 92-312 error , but when it's not throwing this error the colors are very faded or not there at all . Machine only has 65K . Not sure what the developer life expectancy . They only use Xerox supplies.

    92-312 toner concentration in yellow developer assy is not ok.
    Check dispensers for all colors
    Check image on belt

      Thanks for your help , Went back on Friday and took apart the entire toner delivery system . It prints in black only .Toner is not entering the color developer units because the developer augers are not turning . What is the common thread ? I didnt want disassemble the back of the machine before I have an idea of what I'm looking for . Wouldn't every dv unit have it's own drive motor ?

        Color developer drive have one motor for 3 colors.
