Im Ricoh and KM Tech ...
How do we configure Xerox counter to be sent Auto by email without "Xerox Smart something ... ? (SMTP is allready configured).

can you successfully scan to email?

1. go to CWIS... (type your xerox IP on your browser)
2. enter user and password if asked
3. go to properties tab
4. on the left hand side, iirc click general setup, and find counters / alert notification
