Xerox Docucolor 242 installing software

Hi,
My docucolor Fiery controller X3eTY Docucolor is not working. I removed the battery to see if it will reset but still doesn't work. I have the system software. Can anyone tell me how to reinstall? Thanks

Put software dvd in PC and connect PC with fiery with network cable.
Start dvd and follow instructions.
Second option is to create software usb and boot from usb

Thank you for getting back to me. I have a disk labeled EFI Fiery Network controller for Docucolor 242/252/260. There is a file called system3.efi

How do I run this file. Is this the right disk?

Software for bustled fiery for dc242 is on 3 CD's.

I purchased the software some years ago and appears that I only have 1 disk now. Do you know where I can purchase it?
