Phaser 7800 blue marks on paper

Hi guys, I hope all is well.
I'm getting some weird marks on my prints. It's a cyan print. In the exact clsame area. Looks like it can be coming from some roller or so, but I'm not sure where. It definitely happening before the print fuse to the paper
Take a look please and thanks and assist if you can would really appreciate. Thanks in advance.

    G

I've installed a new cyanbdrum. Even switched around the drum to see if a different colour would show up

          Results were still the same.
I've installed a new drum. Will try another drum.
I dint even see marking in the cyan so could have said it's the cyan. But thanks will try again

Well I guess I didn't really change the cyan drum.
I did so and guess at the marks disappeared.
Firstly I switched the cyan and yellow drum and I saw the marks but in yellow. Now I'm changed the cyan drum no more marks. Thanks much. And the cyan I think was the newest drum I wondered how it got damaged?
