V3100 w/B4E OHCF throwing 078-235 code

I have had this issue for quite a while and cannot figure it out. It is an intermittent issue and may occur 1000 sheets into run. Replaced the tray 7 feed head, blower fans, J-tray motors and sensors, 3 clutches, 1st HCF PWBA, 3 NR Motor Drive PWB and the paper drive PWB. Clean NIP sensors and update firmware.

I am planning of going tomorrow to swap the OHCF from one machine to the next and see if it follows the OHCF or stays with the machine. Any help would be appreciated.

From tech bulletin:

Cleaned the all roller in J transport, cleaned it's bearing also, but the problem not solved. Then open the J transport nip release mechanism and cleaned it's sensor, lubricate it's cam mechanism with white grease. After doing this activity the problem resolved permanently.FC_78-235.jpg

I have swapped and cleaned the rollers and bearings. I did not apply grease and the sensors have just been replaced. I have not heard back from the client.
