    Xerox Workcentre 255 - How can I access diagnostic mode via control panel?

    Hi,

    This is an older model, so the shortcuts online don't seem to work.
    Would anyone know how to access diagnostic mode on this machine?

    It appears that # and "Access A" opens it, but neither 1111 nor 6789 seem to work.

          This did it! Thank you so much! I was able to disable software updates and now I just gotta fix the consistent jam in the finisher :-)
