I have a C7030 that will product a 116-324 error printing a customers PDF.THe PDFs are producted from a web site they use.Printing from a Mac or PC will product the same results.Direct sending from web page also produces the error.A C7020 in our shop works a little better in that it printed a test file a few times but a direct print produces the error.Kyocera or Oki machines work ok.It has the lastest software.I have called support and they told me to reload software and init the HD.That didnt seem to change the machine in the shop when I tried to direct print the pdf .Any ideas?

Re: 116-324 printing PDF for C7030
Used different web browsers.I have a test pdf that I have been sending directly to the machine and it still produces a error code.I can get it to print if I print to pdf and then print the saved pdf.Prodobably will tell the customer that is what they will have to do.Comment

Re: 116-324 printing PDF for C7030
It sounds like is a formatting issue, going from memory when you print an adobe pdf it gives you an option to "print as image" under advanced.
See if that helps as it should then not format it.Comment
