Ok thanks for the feedback. At first I changed the lvps after I found that one of the connectors measured zero voltage. So kind of confusing for me. According to Edoc need to replace MCU as well, which is so expensive. I will try to change the AC first. Thanks again
Did you follow the exact procedure in edoc?
There are many checks to be done before replacing pwbs.
Pretty much everything I checked. Heat pad side lamp, thermistor, connectivity for MCU PWB J406 and it seems fine. And I change the MCU as well but it stills show the same error code. Now I'm not sure what else I can change. Any ideas or suggestions will be much appreciated. Thanks.
Wrong part was changed.
this code means the Heat Pad side lamp is continuously on for more than the specified time during warmup of the Fusing Unit.
Well just in case run DC140 010-202/203 for thermistor , check the drawer electrical plug on both sides to verify if contacts are in good shape or any foreign material inside like a piece of paper. check the thermistor resistance at the closest to the sensor as well at the mcu just in case for an open circuit . in my experiences on those models too many nvm glitches. I had once a machine toner full reads with no toner on cartridges and drums 0 % making copies like charm and was solved just changing an nvm value .
Thanks brother. Your suggestion finally solve my issue. I never thought of it at first because if I initialize the IOT NVM I need to restore back all the NVMs for the impulse banding kit, 2nd btr etc, which is more than hundreds of NVM writing. This code they should just can be reset by a simple NVM writing instead of resetting all the important data. Thanks guys for all the feedback. [emoji482] [emoji122]
