[Error Code] Xerox 700 large paper tray error 078-261

Hello,

Every few days I get an error message 078-261 (related error is for large capacity paper tray) . However, the machine continues to work without problems, but it will not go to standby mode. Mechanically, everything looks good. Does anyone have an idea what the problem is? Thanks for any advice.

078-261 ohcf shift error.
If machine have any error code can not enter in sleep mode
