no booting on Workcentre 5645

I have a xerox 5645 that indicate four little dots when power on & I cannot power down the machine unless I remove the power cord.
Any help is most welcome.

Possible NVM corruption remove yellow battery from NVM module located in sip tray then short out eprom for about a minute . Then you will need to switch back on the machine and reload nvm .

What type of 56xx machine?
With external controller located lower back of the machine or with SBC controller board ?
