    [Jamming] C8030 DADF paper jam

wrinkled in the DADF. Also, the sheets that pass get on corner folded.

I swap the pickup rollers and delay roller, cleaned all rollers in the DADF, cleaned the optical sensors with compressed air bottle. Nothing worked.

I have also used a card stock sheet to feed manually and no torn paper came out.

When paper jams, it stays before the rollers that transport paper through the DADF scanner window.

Anything else that you can suggest me to try?

When it jams paper stais in the area that I have marked

below the PICKUP rollers, there is a black chute.
There are 4 screws holding the black chute.
in this black chute, there are 6 sensors. 3 on top, 3 on the bottom.
Overtime, the sensor sponge will degrade / become sticky.
Try Replacing the sponge with 3m vhb tape.

The plastic on the turn baffle wears. For Foam replacement, the orange foam strip inside the heat belt of a 78 series fuser works excellent, although the suggested vhb tape is worth a look. Probably better than super gluing the orange foam.
