[Error Code] 7345 H. Transport to finisher causes paperjam 012-906 error works fine without unit

I have a Workcentre 7345 with the Professional Finisher option. I receive a 012-906 Paper Jam error (center tray exit paper jam.) If I remove the horizontal transport and finisher, everything works fine. I can't seem to see any issues with the transport. Does anyone know of any common issues I am missing or if there is a sensor I should replace? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try this:

the Centre Tray Exit Sensor bracket was bent down causing the sensor to point towards the roller shaft and would intermittently stay high or the Duplex Exit Sensor still reads that there is paper present at the sensor.
It is not a sensor problem, but a ghost reflection problem.
