c60/70 Refusing to initiate Colorcal scan

Hi all,

We have a C70 with external fiery (V2.1). When we try to run the colorcal procedure we get the message 'Scan not recognized' message (both from configure via CWS and at the machine). But the machine doesn't even attempt to scan the chart.

The copy function works just fine, so assume there is some link missing / mis configured between the Fiery and scanner? Any advice?

Presuming is 4PB Fiery server did you checked the connections cable between printer and Fiery?
Can you print Fiery settings pages?
Error codes on machine?
