    Xerox phaser 7750

    I have error code 9-391. Any ideas anybody? Service manual please would help.

      Remove and Reinstall the Corresponding Toner Cartridge
      Errors 9-390 through 9-393 are caused by the Toner Cartridge not installing properly into the printer. Try reseating the corresponding Toner Cartridge. Refer to Replacing / Installing the Toner Cartridge for help with reseating.

      Error:

      9-390 = Black Toner Cartridge
      9-391 = Cyan Toner Cartridge
      9-392 = Magenta Toner Cartridge
      9-393 = Yellow Toner Cartridge

        do you maybe use dc 1632/2240/3535 toners?
        toner cartdridges for dc1632/2240/3535 are different.
