[Jamming] Jam between fuser and exit assembly - wc 7830

I'm having some issues with paper folding up between the fuser and exit assembly. - See attached photo. - Sometimes I get a paper jam error notification sometimes I don't, but I always get the same paper jam. The codes are:

377-103 Fuser Exit Sensor Off Jam
    389-603 RC Sample Block Fail-A1-Out
    389-601 RC Sample Block Fail-A1-In

Looking through the service manual, it says it could be as simple as a dirty exit sensor within the fuser, but again, sometimes I don't get a paper jam error. Any ideas?

Check if central upper exit tray is installed properly.

I fixed problem! The rollers in the exit assembly had toner built up on them after years of use rendering them too smooth to pull the paper through. I used a microfiber cloth with isopropyl alcohol to rub off the old toner which resolved the problem.

Big thanks to Bob with LSI in Lake Oswego Oregon for recognizing the issue over the phone! He knows his Xerox machines!
